Firewood delivery across Sussex, Surrey and Kent

Many firewood suppliers deliver further than their base town. That is useful, but it means you need to compare delivery policy as carefully as product price.

Three common delivery models

• Local radius delivery: free or fixed-price delivery within a set number of miles.
• Named delivery areas: suppliers list towns, counties or postcode regions they cover.
• Postcode checks: delivery cost and availability are calculated after you enter your address.

Why distance can change value

A supplier based further away may still be good value if they use pallet delivery, have a clear minimum order and strong reviews. A closer supplier may be better for smaller bags, quicker delivery or easier corrections if something goes wrong.

What to check before ordering

Confirm delivery charge, minimum order, access requirements, whether the logs arrive loose or bagged, and what happens if a delivery fails. Google reviews can be especially useful for checking whether delivery promises match customer experience. Published listings that name Sussex, Surrey or Kent delivery include Home Farm Logs, Kindling N Things / KNT Logs, Wealden Firewood and E.B. Logs.
